Brian Jones Berry was convicted of capital murder of his estranged wife and her brother in 2013. His wife and he were divorcing at the time. He agreed to plead guilty and take responsibility for his actions.

If you choose to write him, you do at your own risk. Common sense is always a good thing. In your initial letter you must have a return address listed and put nothing but either your hand written or printed letter inside. Every prison has different rules for what is and is not permissible. Inclusion of stamps, money, etc. will cause your letter to be returned to you.
